So I was looking online and they told me if I wanted to know how soft or firm a mattress is to go into my local Mattress Firm. When I went into the Des Plaines location the people working there we're so knowledgeable in helping me with a mattress I wish I would have bought it there to give them the business but the people online kept sending me coupons so I ended up going online. But the people at the Des Plaines location explain to me about hot sleepers cold sleepers what material they have to help people like this. So thank you for educating me I'm buying the mattress that will best suit me.

Went into this store not intending to buy, but walked out with a new queen mattress! Brian was great at being easy going and helpful with us throughout the sales process. We got a great deal! As for delivery: That was the best delivery experience I’ve had. Guys were in and out in less than 10 minutes - they do take your old mattress so you don’t have to worry about it. Will recommend MF to anyone!

Amazing experience with Amber the store manager! She literally made the decision so easy for us as we purchased our first big girl mattress for our 4 year old daughter! She was thorough and professional not to mention so great with our daughter so came to test out the mattress 😀. Amber is amazing!

Very good buying experience at the Mt. Prospect, IL store. Steve did a great job of sharing the differences between the manufacturers and the selections were wide. After an hour of sampling we settled on our picks for three new mattresses. We look forward to receiving our new sleeping equipment!

We’re so excited to get our new Purple mattress! Our sales consultant Indi was more than helpful when determining which mattress would be a perfect fit for us.
