Dan provided my wife and I an excellent experience. We are looking for a mattress for our 4 year old and weren’t sure what was needed for his conversion crib set. Dan asked us the right questions and was able to recommend a bed that would not only fit our bed frame but also last our son for many years. Daphne was very welcoming and did a great job of showing me a number of mattresses to try out. She also explained all the different bases available along with the one that came along with the mattress. And then went on to explain the warranty. She was extremely helpful.
