I’m very happy I decided to go into the store instead of purchasing a mattress online. I went into the store and discovered the mattress I originally was thinking of purchasing was not what I was really wanting after all. Brandon was great with asking all the questions to find what was the best fit for me. He’s was very helpful, informative, and professional throughout the whole process. We are very pleased with our experience at Mattress firm, in Anderson. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and helped us go through several options. He listened to what our needs and wants were, and helped us decide on the best option. He took the time to discuss things with us and didn't make us feel rushed or pressured, even though it was close to closing time on a Sunday. Very friendly and great customer service. The pricing was comparable to other stores we had looked at. I would definitely recommend our sales person to friends and family, in search of a new mattress.

Brandon! Brandon helped us look for mattresses for our whole family! He made our time there fun and relaxing! He was patient, answered every question and was very personable. He helped us find mattresses that were affordable and most importantly the most comfortable mattresses! He didn't try to talk us into buying something the choice was all on us. Brandon is also very knowledgeable about all of the beds in their store. We were there for 2 hours chatting about Taylor swift, ghost hunting and a little about beds. Brandon made shopping for mattresses less stressful and way more fun! We thank you and appreciate you Brandon!
