First, I need to say Becca was amazing! The customer service she provided was exceptional! The way she greeted us the minute my daughter and I arrived, the time she took with us and the information she shared was wonderful. How she listened to what type of mattress I was looking for, how she was able to intuit what I really needed out of this purchase, then went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the bed base. Robert was extremely helpful while shopping around for a new mattress! He was able to get us a new mattress ordered to be delivered the next day! He also was extremely kind to our toddler and helped cheer her up while we were there! We would highly recommend working with Robert!

We received outstanding service from Robert. He took the time to walk us through the pluses and minuses of each mattress while also demonstrating the working and proper use of adjustable bases. During checkout, Robert explained clearly the warranties associated with each piece and stated when we would be able to pick up our mattress and base. We would visit this store again based on the service and prices.

Isaac is super friendly and helpful. When we are ready to splurge on the mattress we want, we will for sure be working with him. We have spoken to other employees here and they are all very nice, but Issac we very helpful in helping us decide as we are very picky and as husband and wife we do not like same "feels". The one we want is very expensive so it's just a matter of when we want to spend the money. We will absolutely come back when ready to pull the plug.
