We had a very good experience at the store. John was our sales associate. He began by doing a verbal sleep assessment to help determine the softness of mattress we would be best suited for which was what we were thinking as well. He showed us a variety of beds and explained features and current mark-downs. He didn't rush us as we tried them out, some several times. We settled on a mattress and we believe the pricing was fair. He fully covered the details on the brochure about returns, etc. Delivery went exactly as explained. Overall very positive experience!

Brittany was very quick and helpful! Due to a remodel, we've been sleeping on an air mattress for about 2 weeks, and we chucked our old bed. Yesterday morning we decided to go get a mattress and was on the hunt for a very basic, metal platform frame. After the experience we had at a furniture store, we didn't have hope we'd find what we needed. Mattress firms website showed what we wanted so we headed to this Greenwood location. We walked in, told Brittany what we were hunting and she confirmed they had it and we could take it home. We were so relieved that we didn't have to sleep on an air mattress nor put our new mattress on the floor. Thank you Brittany for not trying to talk us into buying something we didn't want like the gentleman at the furniture store we were previously at before visiting you!

We bought a queen mattress over a year ago. Love it. So, tonight we bought the same mattress tonight for our spare bedroom. Iseries hybrid 2000 firm queen with adjustable base. John told us the newest updates. We were happy to hear the latest technologies.

We had a great experience shopping here! We went in with the Purple mattress in mind, and had all of our questions answered. There's few things I hate more than pushy sales associates, but the minute we walked in, I could tell this would not be the case! Delivery was just as promised! I lounge in our new Purple bed set as I type this, and couldn't be happier. I appreciate the savings provided as well due to the July 4th sale! I highly recommend this store, and would happily go back.
