We had a great experience! The store was very clean! Marty was very quick to help us out and very informative and patient! I didnt feel like i was being pressured into a sale. He gave us our space unlike most salesmen! Delivery seems like it will quick and easy! The entire process took maybe 30 minutes. We can't wait to get the mattress!

I had a great experience today at the Mattress Firm Portage location shopping for a new mattress and bed frame. I have been sleeping on a traditional spring mattress and box spring and have been dealing with sore muscles and aches for a long time. I wanted to take advantage of the Labor Day Sale so I visited my local Mattress Firm in Portage, IN and was greeted by Dan. Dan spent time getting to know my sleeping habits and preferences to help determine a good mattress for me. He walked me throughout the store and showed me many options while discussing the features and differences between each brand of mattress. He was patient and understanding while I searched for the best mattress for me. He listened to me and offered advice to help guide my decision. I am excited to try out my new mattress and adjustable bed frame soon and am happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Dan if you visit this location and for any future bedding needs I will be reaching out to him again! Thanks for all of your help today Dan! Dan was extremely helpful and very professional. I went to another mattress and got an outlet mattress. The guys at the other store lied to me and sold the mattress after I put a deposit down. Dan explained everything and was able to find another one for a better price. Would definitely go back and see Dan

Rarely write reviews but HAD TO on my great experience here. Ask for Marty he is incredible! I didn’t know where to start, absolutely hate making decisions, dreaded even thinking of the overwhelming options, what would work best for me and had a million questions.
