Walked in to test and get pricing. Salesman Green greeted us immediately and walked us through several mattresses matching our request. Suggested options but never pressured us one way or the other. After promotional discounts were figured in we decided to purchase on site. Very pleasant experience. Ask for Green when in need of a great deal. . We returned the next day and purchased two pillows using our $100.00 coupon. Delivery was also very professional. Installed new mattress and asked if everything was as expected. Great to do business with Mattress Firm Bossier ( ask for Green)

GREAT customer service! We knew what we generally wanted, the employees greeted us and guided us to test it out, our kid loved it, and we bought it. They were incredibly friendly (but not pushy as salesmen)! Purchasing was seamless, and we pick up next week. We will for sure be back to check our more mattresses!
