Darren the store manager, and his other associate were extremely helpful and knowledgeable! And the best part was their customer service, Darren had a very good conversation while doing business! By far the best interaction I have had while shopping for a mattress, even though they didn’t have exactly what I wanted in their store( I had very specific requests due to my moving situation) Darren figured out a way for my requests to be met and went out of his way to find and help me above and beyond! Honestly this was the best customer service interaction I’ve had in any situation in a long time! Good on them! I wish them the best!

Mattress was not the one I laid on Thought maybe first one was defective but second was no better. Sank too much and feel could bad. Nothing like showroom matter. But customer service has been excellent!
