I had a fantastic experience. I worked with Tom, the store manager,. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable; not only about mattresses but about the science of sleep and how every person has different needs. He took his time and did not rush the process and I actually had a great time shopping for my mattress! I highly recommend mattress firm and I will definitely utilize them for my next mattress purchase.

I called Tony, the store associate at this location this morning and he was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! I've been looking at Tempurpedic mattresses for a long time, and he was full able to answer any questions I had. This evening, we went in for our final test before purchasing and he was just as awesome in person. We were able to select the base and mattress model we wanted and Tony helped us from start to finding the best financing for us. We left with a bed and feeling great about it. Highly recommend them! He stayed almost an hour past his quit time to help us!

Ron was the best! That was a wonderful shopping experience. Both he and his manager were helpful, professional and really knew their stuff! I left with the perfect mattress for a great price. He literally showed me a mattress that got rid of my back pain! I cant wait for my beautiful new mattress!!

I purchased a couple of mattress sets from Tom of the East Longmeadow location. I have never been more impressed with a salesperson ever before. From the beginning he made me feel very comfortable and answered ALL of my questions. I can be a difficult person to deal with and not once did he make me feel like a nuisance. Not once did he make me feel pressured into making a purchase. I gave him my price point and I was very impressed with the choices & prices he had to offer.Very professional and sincere. We shopped at other mattress stores for a new bed, we were pressured by the salesperson to choose a bed that day. We left and went to Mattress Firm in East Longmeadow, very different atmosphere there, salesmen were informative, asked about what we were looking for, didn't just steer us to the high-end products. They left us alone to try the different styles, we were comfortable re-trying the beds we liked, and ultimately chose one. I would highly recommend this store.
