James, The gentleman who helped me look, try out, and purchase a mattress, box spring, and frame was an absolutely positively amazing help!! Not only did he not try to stiff me, or up sell me in anyway. He was more than fair, very polite, and very professional. He also was very well tuned in and knew exactly what he was talking about and knows exactly what’s what! So if you decide to go to The Mattress Firm on 114 in Peabody, MA? I highly recommend you ask for James. If he’s not there? Ask for his schedule and show up the day he’s working. Because 5 stars isn’t enough, and he needs a big raise if you ask me. So if you see this! James, thank you. Me and my girlfriend greatly appreciate your help, honestly, and professionalism while helping us shop for our perfect bed! :) PS- the mattress is wonderful!

We came in after a long day of work with 30mins until close. We were greeted by James who was very welcoming. He was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and really took the time to understand what we liked and didn’t like about the mattresses we tried. Not once did we ever feel like he was overbearing or pushing a sale. He didn’t rush us or make us feel like we needed to make a quick decision due to it being so close to closing. I feel confident that the mattress we chose will be right for my husband and I. This company is very lucky to have such an employee who makes you feel comfortable and knows what they are talking about. Thanks James !

I was looking for a queen mattress for the guest bedroom. I was kindly greeted by Stewart, who was informative, accommodating, and very helpful. He was able to guide me to a mattress perfect for our needs, while remaining conscious of my budget. He was even able to offer an additional discount far exceeding any available. He was not pushy or pressuring. His assistance allowed for a great quality bed within my budget and timeline needs.
