Upon entering the store, we were greeted by Ralph. I told him we were looking for a mattress for my 92 year old Mom. I had a couple in mind which he said were online only. I don't buy mattresses that way not matter what the guarantee is. So he showed me what was similar. Mom tried them and Ralph explained the differences and also the importance of a waterproof cover. He was extremely helpful without being pushy at all. Mom found what she wanted and is excited to get it soon.

I came in with some information in what I wanted in a mattress and was shown the models that were comparable. I made my choice based on the items and how they compared to the item I had researched elsewhere. There was no high pressure or overselling...that made it easy for me to choose to purchase at Matress Firm rather than elsewhere.

We met with Darnell who is the store manager and were shown appropriate selections based on probing questions he had asked. He worked with us to solve sleeping issues that have been troubling and that some of the mattresses were designed to answer. With the 120 day sleep guarantee, we feel comfortable knowing that we can afford to over buy and see if the value will afford the additional solutions to sleep issues that have been nagging us over the years. We have recently been able to experience an upgraded bed setup while on vacation, there is no reason why we should not enjoy that same comfort every night.
