Ryan made the experience very relaxing and easy. There was no pressure to buy. My husband and I had numerous questions and tried multiple mattresses. Ryan's knowledge of all the products, helped guide us in making the right purchase for our needs. His relaxed approach made us feel very comfortable dealing with him. My husband had spoken to Ryan during a previous visit to the store. During our research we visited another Mattress Firm not far from our home to look at the product again. Our experience at this location was average, therefore we decided to returned to the Timonium store which is a 45 minute drive to work with Ryan. He provided excellent customer service and we appreciated his honesty and knowledge of the product. It's great customer service that brings people back. Ask for Ryan you won't be disappointed. I went to Mattress Firm, Timonium Crossings yesterday with my daughter and her boy friend to purchase two mattresses. I was already approved for a certain amount and explained it to Matthew. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful and worked his best to get the sale to fit in my budget. I will definitely visit this store again in the future for my mattress needs
