Gabby and Jonathan worked as a team to make sure we were well cared for. We we’re able to use our warranty from a previous purchase to get a new mattress and platform that was delivered today! Shawn was awesome!! He spent an exceptional amount of time with us going back and forth through every option until we were satisfied, he even stayed after the store was supposed to close. We went in not knowing what we wanted and he listened to all of our needs/wants from a mattress and he helped us select the best one. We didn’t feel like he was just trying to up sell us to the most expensive mattress either which was awesome. Very happy customers and we will definitely purchase our next mattress from them!
