Great experience and smooth transaction. I walked into the store, and sales associate, Alexis, gave me a friendly greeting. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. This was the fourth time I have been to Mattress Firm (aka Sleepy’s) to buy a mattress and I’ve always been happy. I am now waiting for my mattress delivery which they assured me would arrive in the next 3-5 business days.

I went into the store Wednesday and met with Alexis. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of my questions and was very patient with me as I went from mattress to mattress trying to find the perfect one for me.
