Very respectful employees. I wanted to make sure I was buying the right mattress and I can be somewhat indecisive. So I came and went into the store at least 4 times in a 3 week time period for 2 to 3 hours at a time trying out different mattresses and discussing prices. They had no problem with any of that and allowed me to try the mattresses to my hearts content. Without pushing for a sale, or standing over me while I went from mattress to mattress which is greatly appreciated. Further they ensured I got a great deal including a non advertised military discount. Great place to test mattresses without feeling rushed or pressured. And friendly staff trying to help you get the best deal. Highly recommended.

I needed a mattress....bad!! I had a plan to stop by Mattress Firm first, then to Regency, and back to Mattress Firm if I wasn't satisfied with Regency. I walked into Mattress Firm and was immediately greeted by Kelly!!! She smiled at us, and asked how she could help. I told Kelly my needs and she led me to a first choice, a traditional Mattress, after asking if I had a particular price range. I appreciated this, I felt Kelly was more interested in my comfortability than a super expensive bed. I wasn't exactly sure how to shop for a mattress and Kelly introduced numerous things to look for and what considerations to take. We shopped around the floor a bit and Kelly led me to various selections and after trying one or two beds, I found one that met ALL my needs!!! Kelly didn't stop there tho, she continued to share other options, just to make sure the one I selected was my actual bed 👌🏾. She pointed out pros and cons and made me feel quite comfortable with my choice. Kelly informed me of the discounts available, which further enhanced my purchase. She helped me understand the reasons why this new bed would offer me the quality of sleep I would soon get and I trusted her authority. I can only say thank you!!!

The salesperson was so knowledgeable. She really helped us get the best mattress for us. I was very happy. Getting pillows and pillow napkins was awesome. We really got to try the mattresses out. It was nice. I almost stayed for a nap. Can’t wait for our delivery. The delivery and haul off of our old bed is another wonderful feature. Can’t wait for a good nights sleep.
