He asked details about what we were looking for and guided us through the process in a low key, no pressure manner, thoroughly answering all of our questions and providing a wealth of information that we found very valuable to our decision making process. Their pricing was very competitive and even highly superior, in many cases! It was the most pleasant, least pressure bedding purchase process we’ve experienced in 46 years! Colin was amazing! I came in with a problem with Bob’s discount furniture (was told one thing and could not deliver on the date as they had promised over a month ago.)
