Elton was an extremely well informed sales representative. He was not only well informed about the various lines of mattress constructions and gave us straight answers to our questions, he was learned about what to look for in the customer lying on the mattress as to relaxation, etc. Addendum: Due to certain back issues, we had to return our original choice of mattress. Elton not only stood behind his company's guarantee, he made the return transition as smooth and trouble free as possible. I cannot recommend Mattress Firm highly enough, and in particular, Elton White.

Dave is an exceptional Associate of Mattress Firm. He has an expansive knowledge of human physiology and how it should be correctly supported by a proper mattress. No pressure! I can honestly say I made a well informed decision.
