Dave was very helpful, he has a lot of knowledge about the variety of mattresses at the store. He has great customer services. He was easy to talk to and even made me laugh a couple times, great sense of humor. The store was very clean and he made sure it was sanitized by wiping the desk with disinfecting wipes. You rock Dave keep up the good work.

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm. I walked in to look at their options; I haven’t had much luck ordering from online stores, so I thought a physical location could be the best choice to test and choose which mattress works best for my body shape and sleep patterns. The other reviews are absolutely right to praise the manager of the store, David. He went above and beyond to accommodate my questions, concerns, to help me make the right decision, he had a lot of patience although it was almost closing time. He made sure that the financing went smoothly and arranged the delivery for the next 48 hours. I recommend the store and David to assist you with the purchase of your mattress.
