Needed a new king bed and started at Mattress Firm here in Ypsi because it was the first search result and it was close. Store was immaculate, selection was fantastic. Didn't have to check any other places out. James, specifically, who helped with a sort of bed fitting and with recommendations was amazing. Super friendly and made the whole experience awesome. Pickup, too, from the warehouse like 15 minutes away was fantastic. Helped load the mattress, rope it down. Also super friendly. Will be my first time any time in the future.

Brett was super awesome from start to finish outside of needing a new bed it was Brett who made us comfortable with our choice, he was so helpful and informative and really took his time to listen to our needs and provide them to us. We did feel like just another sale, we were heard and given the best opportunity to make the best option for our needs. Thank you again so much I’m so excited to sleep in our new bed can’t wait!!
