We went to Mattress Firm with an idea of what we want. Jay, the manager, went with us through multiple options to make sure that the decision we are making is the right one. He was helpful, understanding, not pushy at all and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this store for anyone who doesn’t know what to get or even if you just want to try couple of mattresses just to make sure that your decision is the right one.

At first, I dreaded choosing a new mattress, a 10 or 20 year commitment. But “Jay” at Mattress Firm explained everything about the various choices, and let me try many mattresses before I made a decision. He was awesome and can’t say enough good things about his help.
