The help I received in choosing a mattress was excellent. The salesperson was knowledgeable & methodical in helping me make the right choice. So, why 4-stars? It was NOT a Clearance Center! The prices were not discounted as compared to any other mattress store. The 1st time I heard the words "Clearance Center" was when asked to give this rating!

Very good mannerisms. Very knowledgeable about the products, and was able to walk my wife and I through the process of picking the correct mattress. Financing options are great also with 0% for the financing period. Overall a good experience there at the mid-rivers location by Bob's and I'd certainly refer others to go there.

I think we look at all of the mattress in the store. Ross was so very helpful his, product knowledgeable, all questions were answered. Would highly recommend Ross. And we thought we were just walking into a mattress store not knowing someone could know that much about the product.
