We went looking for new mattress/box spring and dreading it..too many options and very few good outcomes. Went to Mattress Firm, Albemarle NC, spent 1hr with Kris Maillot, and we were sold..so helpful, informative and listened to us! We called later that day and ordered our new set..couldn’t be happier!

My wife and I purchased an expensive mattress in February(our 3rd) Stearns & Foster. We loved the first two, but this one was terrible, so we tried 3-5 months and it became worse. We called Mattress Firm and spoke with Jamisha. Jamisha asked us to come in and talked to her, so we did the same day. I just retired from the retail industry of 54 years with 24 stores and each month in our monthly meetings I would emphasize strongly how important great customer service is a necessity. It's not the product we sell as much as it is the service we offer. I left my stores knowing that I and my managers always exceeded our customer's expectations. The young lady we met named Jamisha stated that she had only been with the company 6 months after 6 weeks of training. I have been to 3 of your stores and I was very impressed with her product knowledge of all of your products and your competitors products. She took plenty of time to address our mattress problem and stated that there were items that the manufacturer had left out of the mattress because of a shortage of material due to Covid the last couple of years. My wife and I addressed our hip and back problems, Jamisha asked us to try all mattresses and pick our 2 favorites. Jamisha stated that the Tempurpedic we chose was a perfect fit. This mattress cost us $1300. more but it lays wonderful for our backs and hips after 30 days. Jamisha exceeded our expectations. Thank you for being so kind and understanding. Thank you
