Wow, when my wife and I went to the Mattress Firm store on Rivergate Pkwy in NC on Thursday, Mrs. Sheena, a nice employee, greeted us immediately. Mrs. Sheena welcomed us and made us feel comfortable. She assisted us in choosing the right pillows and mattress. She made sure we had the best mattress she could find and was really friendly. You are certainly a blessing in enabling us to get a good night's sleep with our brand-new, comfortable mattress and pillows. Jacqueline is THE BEST!!!! We were so lost about what type of mattress we needed and she saved the day!! Very knowledgeable about the products which made this process SO MUCH EASIER for us! We ended up finding a mattress in our price range and with next day delivery. We couldn’t thank her enough. Our old mattress HAS TO GO ASAP!
