I had stopped in last week just wanting to look for a new mattress. Proctor was there to help me and was so knowledgeable and nice I ended up going with one of their mattresses right then and there that was on sale. The guys who delivered it came during the 2 hour window they gave me and brought it right into my room and said they would even take my old mattress if I had one. What a great service! Would highly recommend the nice people at this mattress firm!

My wife and I stopped by Albemarle Rd Location, we found Tony as salesman at the store who welcomed us with the smile , after he asked us for what brought us to the store !!! He showed us a different brands obviously with different prices, this knowledge gentleman answered all our questions .at the end he made all the process smooth.
