We had a really good experience. “Don” (Donovan) was incredibly helpful and super attentive. He talked us through every step of the process. We were able to get a “returned” mattress (apparently they are thoroughly inspected by the state and sanitized) for about $1000 off list price for the mattress we really wanted!
