Wow what an experience. The Customer Service was phenomenal. Brandon helped us make a very difficult decision. We didn't think that it would be that hard to pick out a new bed. He showed us what he thought we would Love and need and he pretty much took us right to it. So we purchased the same bed that he has at home. The other gentleman in the store were super friendly. If you need to purchase a new bed, go to Mattress Firm in Matthews and ask for Brandon but I'm sure anyone can help you.

Wow what a great experience with the manager Brandon! He was so personable! Very knowledgeable about everything from pillows to mattresses and bases! When you are buying high quality mattresses,you have a lot of guestions. He had all the answers. He gave us all the options. He gave us all the specials they have right now. Several months ago on a Saturday morning my husband and I made the dreaded decision to look for a good mattress. We went to Mattress Firm in Matthews based on store reviews from Huntersville to Matthews. Nick was the associate who helped us and he gets FIVE+ Stars too! He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and patient! We spent hours there, trying the different styles and manufactures out and asking Nick questions. He knows mattresses, for sure! We decided on a TempurPedic which was not easy to do for the price point. But, we had six months to exchange if we weren’t satisfied so we went for it. We love our mattress! I have RA and my husband has back issues, Nick was considerate of those factors the entire time and he absolutely helped us in making the best decision in this purchase! Thank you!! Happy Sleepers
