Sales rep was very helpful in providing several options (expense avoidance). However, i thought i will be able to bring the mattress and the base on the same day but wasn't able to. Another rep this time from Salem, and was also helpful in scheduling the delivery for Sep 18, 2023. Unfortunately, i missed the delivery ... i did not received any calls of confirmation from the delivery team only email and it was too late. Now, delivery was rescheduled, need to wait 5 days more, (so no move in for me until Sat). I am still giving them 5 stars, as i believe the second attempt on the delivery will be on point. Wish that they can find a slot earlier than Sep 23 though. Thanks and regards.

I had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm. There was no pressure put on me at all. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I lied down on as many beds as I wanted to. I am a senior citizen, and have a bad back, so I was helped make the right choice. They were very flexible in every way. They were down to earth, and made me feel as if I knew them for many years. I am very happy with the mattress that I bought. I would send my family to Mattress Firm. David at the Mattress Firm in Plaistow was great! My wife and I went in for a pillow and ended up buying a new queen base for my bed. He took 5 mins to explain the zero gravity way to sleep and it's advantages. He was so passionate about it because, as he put it, "that feature changed his life." We have been looking for ways to sleep better and we didn't understand the importance of sleeping in a zero gravity position. Now we can't wait to get ours delivered. David was awesome and very knowledgeable.
