Absolute best customer service we have ever received. Seth made the experience so easy, and helped us pick out the perfect mattress for daughter. Went into this Mattress firm location we were Helped by Seth he was great, very friendly, and the perfect personality for sales! He was never pushy or just trying to make a sale He is a people person. Great customer service throughout the entire transaction and worked an Amazing Deal putting together a nice King size bed set for my Parents. Thank you once again Seth.

Fantastic customer service! I walked into this location at 8pm just an hour before closing. I Was able to purchase a mattress on the spot, & the price couldn't compare to any other mattress store i had visited Originally 1,945.00 marked down to 1,299 which I thought was a great deal... At check out time Seth informed us the mattress would only be 1,069!! That was $875 dollar savings! For once I walked into a store and received the Amazing savings the window signs offered!! On the spot No delay! No mail in rebate, No shannanagans !! If you want to wake up feeling like a million bucks and not break the bank on a mattress then, GO SEE SETH AT MATTRESS FIRM. Very good customer service. Seth was great, very friendly, and the perfect personality for sales! He is a people person. I would never have guessed he was new to the field if he didn’t tell me. He went the extra mile to find my wife and I what we needed! It was close to closing time and he was more than willing to solve our late night weekend emergency. Thank u very much for your help, we really appreciate the service !! Also a quick thank u to Caleb as well. We went to the smaller store first not knowing there was another. It was time for him to close as I approached the door and I explained my dilemma and he was more than happy to check inventory and see what he could do. He then called the bigger store to brief Caleb on how to help us when we arrived. Having been in sales numerous times over the years, I can honestly say that Seth and Caleb are top notch!!
