I tried for several hours to order a mattress on line but it kept erasing my information. Had a chat with robot and then a live chat but after all that I could not place an order. So I went to Cape May Court House store and spoke with Holly who saw there was a technical error and redid the order. She was extremely accommodating and helpful as well as pleasant and was able to process the order. However, she had to spend over 30 minutes on hold to be sure everything was correct. Kudos to Holly. She did an excellent job and kept us as a customer.

I visited the CMCH location. Once to look around & Holly helped me. She was super nice & very helpful. The second time was to buy a new bed. The manager helped us this time. He was also very nice & helpful. He was very patient while we decided which bed we wanted. He was able to answer all of our questions to help us make the best decision.

Lee is a great guy and he is an easy going person. We felt extremely comfortable dealing with him. He also is knowledgeable and professional sales person. We never felt that comfortable with any sales person we dealt with. We are happy with the items we chose 🙂.
