I’ve been well overdue for a new mattress so I went to this place with the intention of sampling some mattresses and picking out whichever one felt the best. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Thomas, who was super helpful and very knowledgeable about mattresses and sleep in general. He started by showing me three different types of mattresses, firm, plush and medium, and asked me which I liked the best. I told him the medium. He then had me all over the store sampling all different medium mattresses. In the end I found the one that made me very happy. Thomas then showed me an adjustable base, that could elevate at the foot and the head. Honestly never even knew how much I needed this in my life. At one point I thought I had misplaced my vape in the store (only to later find out I had just left it at home) but while I was looking for it, Thomas and the other gentleman who was there (didn’t catch his name) were so kind as to help me look for it, and when we couldn’t find it, assured me that if they came across it, that they would give me a call. Honestly you don’t find service this great these days. At the end, Thomas set us up to have the mattress delivered to my house, and said that they would get rid of my old bed for free! I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. Thomas was very thorough and very helpful, and I absolutely recommend anyone in need of a new mattress to hit this store. You will not be disappointed!! I know I wasn’t!

We looked for new firmed bed. I went to Mattress Firm at commons mall in Edgewater. We found the bed we were looking for there. For that, a good salesman named Syed helped. He did his best to give us a good price and service. So thank him. I will highly recommend it to people around me.

Thomas is Amazing ! He was attentive and patient. While my 11 year old went back and forth choosing a mattress he was never frustrated or dismissed him because he was a child. This meant everything to me. I will continue to do business with Thomas because he is truly about customer satisfaction.

I purchased the mattress here in Edgewater Mattress Firm 3 month ago. I had a nice service experience with Syed. He was knowledgeable and explained well in detail. After purchase, he was very responsive to my inquiries even if I asked via email. I was satisfied with the whole service from purchase to delivery process. After a few month's trial, I felt that I needed to replace the mattress due to my sleeping concerns. Syed helped me again to test several mattresses again. He waited patiently for me to fully test the mattress again considering my sleeping position and back pains. I’m satisfied with his services and he is a person who I can trust. Other staff in the store are also very friendly. If I ever need to buy another mattress or have something to recommend, I would recommend Edgewater branch, and I will find Syed again. Thank you.
