I don’t have my mattress just yet but I can still write about my experience. Joe was very professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. I’m always skeptical of salespeople and made sure to get as much info as I could before actually lying on a bed. Joe went over the differences of mattresses, what others have said about them and honesty with the differences in price and value. He’s taken the time to understand the mattresses but stressed that it comes down to preferably to the individual(s) in the bed. If the bed turns out not to be what I expected I’d still send someone to Joe because the actual mattress has no reflection on him. Sure, I bought the adjustable base but I was super interested in it before my conversation with Joe. I work hard and very much value sleep. So, if I’m going to finally invest in a good bed, I want some bells and whistles that make sense for me. Hopefully I won’t need another bed for myself but if someone is in the market or I decide to upgrade my spare bedroom, Mattress Firm will be my place and Joe will be my guy.

I was amazed at how comfortable my new mattress is. I bought the Sterns and Foster plush with the platform that raises your head and feet. I bought them on sale. Jenna is knowledgeable and attentive- the best!
