Michael at Mattress Firm in Verona is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful salespeople I've ever interacted with. He realized, as we were speaking when I came in the store and, even though he'd already put in effort to put a frame aside, that after taking the time to ask me a few questions revealed he knew a much better solution to my issue, and had my car loaded up (thanks for carrying 👍 it out) very quickly.

Great experience. Greeted immediately. Super warm, nice, relaxed sales person. I was in and out. Wasn’t pressured to spend more than what I wanted. Was shown lots of comfortable options. Went home with a foam mattress in a box the same day and am super happy. 8” firm foam. It’s honestly great.
