My partner and I went to get a new mattress without really knowing what we wanted or needed. Matt B. asked all the important questions about sleeping that we still didn't always have the most definite answers for. Despite that he knew where to start and which mattresses to try out and gave us great guidance about what to feel for while trying out each one. The whole experience was great. Pleasant, informative, and we left very happy with an order for a new mattress, base, protector and pillows too!
