Mattress Firm was a great resource for researching what different brands have to offer. They carry many brands and models and unlike many other mattress stores and furniture stores they carry a wide selection of non memory form selections. I happen not to like memory foam and can get frustrated at those being all the choices one has. Ultimately I purchased from a different store that I have an existing account with but would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a new mattress!

I just recently bought a mattress at this store. Many positives such as: 1) great selection to lay on and learn about. 2) clean store with easy access and close up parking. 3) lower sales tax than purchasing in Reno where I live. 4) finally, the young sales lady was definitely on her game. She knew her products, what questions to ask me to get my choices narrowed down and when to close the sale without me feeling pressured. Through her guidance and patience it became apparent to me my choice of mattress should be. After two weeks on this mattress I'm definitely satisfied. Remember, you can buy at this store and have it delivered in Reno at no extra cost.

Shelby listened to our needs and we are very excited to be getting our new bed tomorrow. The service was amazing and not just when you are in the store, the warrenty is amazing also. Called the Harvard Reno location to inquire if a mattress was available. Spoke with Kelly who confirmed mattress in stock and could be delivered. When trying to pay through the link it wouldn’t work and I called Customer Service. I spoke with Jojo who completed the transaction to process the payment and scheduled my delivery for the next day. Both representatives were very helpful and easy to work with
