It was a seamless process throughout. She even worked with us on delivery as we had to coordinate with back-shipped furniture … essentially a 7 month process. Our sales agent Jeanne was very helpful and helped us get our purchase done quickly. We were bummed that we could not get the color of storage platform we wanted (we had to get gray instead of blue) but that was not her fault. She got us a perfect delivery date for next week and was diligent in getting our order through even though the computer was giving her problems.

Jeanne went above and beyond with helping me. I showed up 10 minutes before closing with a snow storm coming our way in the next hour. The computer (credit card) system was down and I did not want her to have to stay there late and drive in a snow storm, so I told her I would come back.
