He helped guide us through the process of selecting a mattress that suited both my partner and my sleep preferences, the right frame and box spring, and helped us out by extending an upcoming sale a few days early! When we had to exchange our boxspring after it wouldn't fit in our NYC stairwell, he was once again very knowledgeable and helpful and made the entire process a dream (no pun intended).
