I usually do not write a review, but I have to say that Scott is very warm, sociable and provided necessary tips…I had visited his competitors and NEVER experienced any friendly encounters. They were all stiff and seemed to be focused on getting a buyer. Scott gave me time to think about what I wanted. Never rushed, wasn’t impatient… Whenever you do stop by ask for Scott!!! Tell him “Suzanne sent me”😊 Great job Scott!!!

Tom was awesome. He greeted us at the door and helped us right away and sold us a mattress and adjustable base with even better prices than we got somewhere else from a furniture store. He was knowledgeable and honest and we will continue sending people here for mattresses. Thank you Tom!

I came to mattress firm not realizing how much I was going to be taken care of!!! Scott was absolutely amazing. He was very genuine and took very good care of me! As a soon to be mother he was very concerned about my needs and how getting the best sleep and care would benefit me and my un needs while accommodating my husband's sleep needs! I couldn't have asked for a better person to assist me with this type of purchase! If you ever need a mattress just ask for Scott!!!

I want too compliment the Manager Sean. I met with him to complain about being unable too reach someone in Customer service about returning a defective mattress . He made calls himself and couldn’t reach anyone so he said he would follow up and let me know. I later received a email from customer service and we reached a solution to replace it. I then worked with him for his recommendation of the best mattress and purchased a new one. He was very professional and pleasant to work with.
