Quick and easy service with Jillian. Was able to describe to her a mattress I saw online and she let me know about the Black Friday deal in July. Explained everything super well to us and informed us of every package we could get. Made check out very quick, spent all of 20 minutes in a mattress store (shortest time ever). Will definitely be back again if I ever need a mattress in the future.

I purchased my 16” kings down mattress from Richard Harding, at the Mattress firm in valley stream, NY. When I purchased the mattress, Richard gave me the mattress cover at no charge. I noticed today that the mattress cover fitted mattress’s up to 14”. I went to mattress firm and Richard changed my cover to the correct size without hesitation.
