Visiting Hinkley from Florida and wanted a firm bed for my sons daughters bedroom . Met Christian at Brunswick store and he is a Well qualified expert that guided me through multiple products! Brought out and demonstrated firmness and actual comfort of options. Christian made my search a pleasure and closed the sale for my sons local home. Was very happy with effort and knowledge he presented. Then Cristian alerted me of MORE Fantastic JULY 4th 2023 price specials and as return customer I ALSO Qualified for Added discounts . BAM now I ALSO purchased and made another sale on EXTRA FIRM Queen BeautyRest saving over a 1000$!!! Will be delivered to my Florida home next week when I Return. Excellent customer service from Harry. Answered all questions, very knowledgeable and pleasant. I will go to Brunswick again. Was not happy at Strongsville. Steven who initially helped us was aweful. No knowledge, lack luster personality, did not listen to our request as to the product we wanted. Rachael jumped in to help us and was great. Steven either needs more training or fired.
