Jamie was very friendly and helpful at Mattress Firm. I knew going in what I was looking for and it was a relief and pleasure to be able to pay for the bed at the store. The prices are very affordable for someone on limited income! Although I have to arrange someone to help me put it together, delivery was free. That made things easier, and although relatively young, I don't trust my card online, so what a thrill it was to pay for it in store! I would definitely go back to Mattress Firm if I need it, and I will recommend this one! 👸

Best experience one could possibly have as a first time buyer. Emma was apparently still in training but made the sale like a pro. She made the entire process smooth, easy and stress free. Couldn’t ask for a better store manger either. Jamie was fantastic and ensured us as as customers understood everything down to the fine print. Will absolutely come back for pillows and other bedding accessories.
