This was my first visit to Mattress Firm in Grove City, although I have gone past the store many times. My experience was exceptional. The sales person was attentive listened to what my needs where and the budget I needed to adhere to. Because the service was so good, it saved me a lot of trouble having to shop around which I was not wanting to do. I will definitely return and would refer others who want quality service

This will be my third mattress purchase from this location, the staff is always helpful, professional and does not apply any pressure to make anyone purchase. That is the best part, I hate being pressured into something but I don't want or need. I feel like my case was a little unique, as I went in looking for a very specific type of bed to which they only had a few. I was ultimately able to find a bed that seems to suit my needs, I cannot speak 100% on it until I have a chance to sleep on it but it feels very comfortable in the store. I went during the Memorial Day holiday and received some extra discounts on top of it, the price still seemed a bit steep even after the discounts, but I understand that prices in all Industries are going up for everything from groceries to cars so I cannot complain too much. I had an overall good experience, like I said the staff was very friendly and professional. I will return again if I need additional bedding in the future.

Michael has taken a couple months of time helping us make the right mattress choice for us. We visited in the store and by phone. Our Stearns and Foster mattress is coming Wednesday this week. Even when I didn't get to speak with Michael (our salesman) the other salesman were quite knowledgeable and willing to be helpful too. We strongly recommend Mattress Firm Grove City. 👌

Shopping for a mattress at Mattress Firm Grove City was a pleasant experience. They have many brands and models at different price points available to try in their showroom. Roy was very helpful to us in making our selection. He spoke with us to understand our requirements and then showed us several different mattresses that fit our needs. He explained the qualities of the various models and answered all our questions, but most important he let us make our own decision without any pressure. I highly recommend shopping for a mattress at their store.
