Both Alexander (day 2) and Josh (day 1) were very helpful. I did not feel the least bit pressured and there is nothing better than trying before you buy! Also, Kirk the delivery driver, was VERY skilled at handling a difficult driveway. Kirk and company were friendly, efficient and super fast! Thank you all!

My girlfriend and I are pretty introverted people so thinking about going to pick out a bed and having not done it before, thought it would be stressful. The employees from the store were absolutely phenomenal. They weren't pushy at all and kept going out of their way to help us not "cut down on quality because of price" which we were very fortunate for. Mind you the employee who helped us the most just got certified and we were his second sale and the service was still that good. I would mention him by name but I'm terrible with names so I forgot it! Sorry! Now to the delivery. I didn't know how that would go exactly but the two deliverers arrived per they time they said and were snappy with getting the old mattresses out as well as setting up the new bed! All in all this was stress free and I doubt id ever go anywhere else to get a bed.
