I had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm. The salesman, Robbie, was very knowledgeable about all of the products. I went into the store thinking I just needed something not broken. He took the time to help me find a bed that fit my needs, sleep, and support my overall health. It’s hard to find employees that are not only knowledgeable about their product but also have the true desire to help others. I ended up a very happy customer. I’m grateful.

Holly was very helpful and knowledgeable. The process didn't take long and she went out of her way to find me the right mattress. Huge sales!! I got 50% off my mattress and 60% off two wonderful pillows. Except for someone from another store having sold the mattress I was going to buy and having to settle for second best, it was a good experience.

I didn't really think there was a difference between mattress stores, but I've had a one day change of heart. I went on a mission to find a new, mid-level, inexpensive innerspring twin mattress for my spare bed. The other two stores had sale prices that were about twice what I was expecting to pay. Although the sales person at Mattress Firm warned me about supply and stock issues, a perfect BeautyRest was in stock, 40% off, and available for delivery the next day.

Daren is really great! We walked in not really sure what we wanted. Daren walked us through all the different hybrid types of beds as well as asked questions to understand what we like and do not like. We are so happy with the mattress we chose and Daren made us feel very confident about the decision.
