Wonderful experience with Kristen @ Tigard location. She was knowledgeable, efficient & kind. It was nice to work with someone friendly & helpful. Nothing is worse than a pushy sales person so she was a breath of fresh air. My items were in stock & will be delivered in just 2 days of purchase. Overall it was a great decision to go to that location & a privilege to work with Kristen.

I had a great experience at the Mattress firm in Tigard. What seperated this particular mattress store from the other two we visited that day (bedmart and Ashley's) was the genuine service. Rusty was wonderful and informative on the phone before arrival, and that only improved more when we arrived in the store. Rusty did not make us feel pressured to buy any mattress and he did not have any sales pitch like the other stores did. The conversation we had with Rusty felt very natural and I believe he helped us find the best bang for our buck. He was wonderful at informing us what was on sale, what the return and exchange policies were... Etc. The prices at this store were competitive and they have a good selection of great beds. Talking with Rusty felt like talking to a friend. He was funny and easy going and never made me feel like I was a commission. Thank you for the great mattress-buying experience! 10/10!
