We purchased our guest room bed and our son’s bed at the Mattress Firm Tualatin store. The manager, Trey, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with listening to our needs and helping us choose what best fit our price range and personal preferences. My husband and I intend to return to Mattress Firm when we replace our main bed as Trey pointed out factors we’d like changed due to our aging backs and more specific comfort needs.

Darren was amazing and super helpful. He walked us through all the different types of mattresses and stayed within our budget. He was very patient and answered all our questions. We were able to pick a mattress and select an option for delivery the next day. This location had plenty of mattresses to try out and a small block table for kids.
