Last week we visited Mattress Firm to see what our options were for a new mattress and foundation, and we were greeted as soon as we entered the doors by Jen. She greeted us with kind words and a great big smile! She was so kind and extremely knowledgeable about their products. I was so impressed with the depth to which she really cared that we got the mattress that was perfect for our physical needs. She would watch as we lay on each mattress to see that our spine was aligned correctly and let us know if there might be a potential problem on any particular one. I was so very grateful for the way she truly was looking out for our best interest. She let us know that our customer service experience didn't end there. It continued on even after we received our mattress. She was so wonderful to work with, and we got a great price! I would go back there in a heartbeat. Thank you, Jen, for giving so much of yourself into finding the perfect mattress and foundation for us! We are extremely grateful!

My husband and i were greeted immediately when we walked in the door.. Nick who waited on us was very nice and helpful and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to what we were looking for in a new bed. I would recommend this store and its employees for anyone who is looking for a new mattress. The experience was professionalism was excellent by all employees and I would recommend this store for anyone who is looking for bedding and supplies. Nick was able to answer all our questions and concerns. i will definitely shop here again,

I was very pleased with the service that I had. Jen was the sales person I dealt with and she was terrific. She took her time with me and showed me the mattress that was best for me with the information that I gave her and what I wanted out of a mattress. Jen was very informative and she new what each mattress would be good for me. Yes I spent more than I wanted to but Jen new what she was talking about and she sold me . No regrets and I can't wait to get my new bed. I thank you Mattress Firm and I ask you to please give Jen the recognition she deserves. Outstanding sales person.

We have been mattress searching for a few months now. Jen greeted us with a big smile and very eager to help us. It is very overwhelming to mattress shop, especially when you go place after place laying on one mattress after another. Jen made the experience easy and enjoyable. She is so thorough with everything, very knowledgeable, relatable, and takes the time to get to know you and your needs. She is truly passionate about helping people. She really did make the experience for us, and took it to the next level and above. The other gentleman working there was also so friendly and kind. We were planning on waiting a few days to make a decision, but we were so excited and happy with the experience that we decided to take the plunge. Angel and Omar delivered our mattress within 2 days of ordering, assembled the base, and removed the old mattress. They were great! Kind, courteous, and quick! Very friendly and helpful. I was so impressed with the whole experience and the level of service. I hope this company realizes how blessed they are to have these employees on their team. So far, I could not be more pleased with my experience and the employees I encountered. I not only received a great deal on my purchase, but also had a great experience-which is priceless

Today I worked with Jen. I have been needing a new bed for a while now. She took me through the process of picking out a mattress. No pressure. I told her my budget and she helped keep me there. Sale going on for Labor Day. Half off delivery and take away. Only $50 for that feature. Well worth it to me. Single person and didn't want to inconvenience family members. Supposed to get it on Saturday. Will try to give update. Update: Delivery was on Saturday. I was given a 2 hour window. They even showed up about 20 minutes early. They took out the old mattress and box spring and brought in the new. All done very quickly. So glad I paid for the Delivery and removal!
