Had great service from Keith and Glen, (I hope I remembered their names correctly). They really took their time with my wife and I. We brought my in-laws in shortly after we purchased our mattress, and had the same, consistent great service as the first time. They even delivered our purchases on the same day. The delivery went just as smooth. The two gentleman were professional, quick, and polite. They were careful with bringing in the new mattresses and removing the old. Overall great experience.

Tim is the best sales person ever. Me and my boyfriend were in the market for a new bed and we walked into this store and he welcomed us with a big smile. I love how Tim asked questions about our current bed so he knew what bed to show us. He took the time and answered all the questions that we had. I will be coming back to him in the future to buy new pillows , a bed, and etc. He is a wonderful sales person and I highly recommend you walk into this store and ask for him. Thank you so much Tim for setting me and my boyfriend up with a amazing bed.

I was in and out with exactly what I was looking for in less than half hour. The sales rep offered his honest opinions when asked and was helpful in applying the online $50 discount. I was happy to learn they have a 120 day return policy where they come out and exchange your mattress. I was extremely overwhelmed after spending days looking online and he reeled me in hot me to focus and I was good to go. Great experience.

I had Scott A. for a sales rep. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also had a lot of patience. I took for ever to decide which mattress I wanted. I just went back to exchange my mattress and Scott made it so easy. I would recommend mattress firm to everyone. My experience was the best I have ever had. No pushy salesman. It was all about me.
