My wife and I visited today with our son since we were in the shopping plaza. We had no intentions of making a purchase today, we just wanted to explore options for a new mattress. Then we met Jim.... Who has more patience and knowledge than anyone we've ever worked with in making a big purchase like this. Needless to say, he earned our business today and for any future mattress purchases we decide to make. If you're in the market for a new mattress, you need to go to Mattress Firm in Hershey and meet with Jim. You'll get all of the information you need to make an informed purchase. Extra kudos to him for treating our 3 year old like a customer too! He carried on conversations with him, had him try beds, and made him feel like part of the process which kept him from being bored as we worked through our decision making process.
