Excellent experience! My wife and I visited this store on a Saturday, and we’re welcomed by Steve. He saw that we were wearing our masks abd said that he would be right with us and wanted to get his mask.We really appreciated that! We told him exactly what we wanted and that we didn’t want to spend a ton of money. He showed us all the options available in our price range and was not the least bit pushy with trying to make the sale or get us to spend more money. Steve worked his magic and got us great deals on all the extras, and had our delivery set up for Monday. We were extremely happy walking out of there not having spent an arm and a leg and feel that we got a great deal! Thanks again Steve for the outstanding service!

Michael was absolutely amazing made my moms visit/experience, fantastic. She came from a few different issues, from a deformed mattress, to issues with a cooling topper, mike has truly made my moms not so great experience be turned into a great one. Mattress firm would do well to make sure all all their employees are as fantastic as him. Tom was also very kind and was also a very welcoming employee! Great job at rohrestown road location!
