Very good experience. The store was closing at 9 and unfortunately we were one of those people that arrived around 8:15 but Matt who was working was not upset and took really good care of us. He explained everything in detail and asked us many questions to ensure we were getting the bed that fits us best. Even with us showing up later in the day and close to closing, he did not rush us and actually encouraged us to lay on different beds to feel the difference. He even got us to buy new pillows that fit myself and my husband perfectly! I can’t thank Matt enough for his time and help! We are so excited to be getting our new bed!

We had the salesman named Jeff. He was really knowledgeable about his products. Patient and kind. I would recommend people to go to this Mattress Firm and ask for Jeff. He helped me apply for the credit card and the whole process was quick and easy. I’ve been to other Mattress Firms in Massachusetts and the people had no personality.
